• Step 1- type in your user code - XXXXXX • Step 2- enter Password - xxxxxxxxxx   You can change the password we have given, but it must contain both   alphabet and number (min 5 max 50 character) and must be in lower   case • Step 3- click Login   A Customer Enquiry Format will appear with your Company's name   and particulars auto-generated.   If you should loose or forget your User Code/ or Password, please   telephone/fax/e-mail our Administrator (Barbara or Christina)
